Public notice is hereby given that the Warrumbungle Shire Council Draft Policy for the Payment of Expenses and the Provision of Facilities to Mayors and Councillors will be available for public comment Monday, 2 November 2009.
The Policy is on exhibition for a period of twenty eight (28) days with submissions closing 4.00pm Monday 30 November 2009.
Members of the public are invited to inspect the draft Policy at the Council offices in Coonabarabran and Coolah. A copy of the draft Policy has also been forwarded to Town Coordinators for community reference and a copy is also available as an attachment below.
Submissions will be received from the public on any matter contained in the Draft Policy and must be lodged in writing with Council by 4.00pm Monday, 30 November 2009. Submissions should be endorsed on the envelope “Policy Submission” and sent to the General Manager Warrumbungle Shire Council, PO Box 191, Coonabarabran 2357.
